If you are an active solution provider in food, animal nutrition or related industries you are definately a fit with ALFRA. If not, that does not automatically mean there is no mutual gain to be found. Business seldomly fits 100% and we strive to review each case individually to search the potential. At ALFRA we believe it is important that a partnership is a mutual effort and gain. That is why we strive for personal contact with all our business partners.

Our commission structure is twofold. In sales of singular equipment there is a multi-tier percentage related to the amount of effort by our partner. E.g. is the sell completed through a partner without interference by ALFRA or is it a mere lead/contact where the sale goes through ALFRA itself.

Secondly when a project expands beyond a couple of machines and the complexity rises, generally we get into the business of pre-engineering. When this happens there is a lead fee as a percentage of the total project. This happens for instance when containerized transfer is involved or solutions that are not easily sold by a partner due to their complexity.

Overall the basic equipment can be delivered around 6 months from the time of purchase. Each sale will get an updated delivery time from our team as soon as it is requested. Smaller items such as a singular dosing slide tend to have a shorter delivery time, whereas larger projects can have a delivery time of approx. 9-12 months depending on the complexity of the project.

There is a global 24/7 service network available. We pride ourselves that 99% of the issues can be solved by phone, but in case of mayor breakdowns our team is there to help. We have active service personnel in Europe and the US to cover separate time zones and customers. For spare parts packages as well as individual items purchased with ALFRA, we strive to use components that are industry standard with solid availability worldwide.
